Final Product
Setting up the website & booking system
After taking all the pictures, I set up a website where people coming from different acquisition points can get more information & book directly including payment. This was all done in a matter of 2 days because the idea was presented to us this late. Upon booking, the participants receive a confirmation E-Mail & PDF with all the required information, recipes and a tutorial in logging into WebEx. Their address, was also immediately forwarded to our grocery partner, who delivered all the fresh ingredients right to their doorstep
Setting up the studio
I went ahead and checked the best camera positions and their respective lenses, to try and find the perfect spots, trying to maintain the best possible experience for the people cooking at home. I decided to mount one camera on a slider with tape above the old tv, so when interactions arise it looks like you’re looking right at them.
Execution
After creating plans on how I’m going to wire everything I set off and actually started connecting everything together. I tried to make everything as organised and flexible as possible.
