Intro / Project & Idea
Throughout several years in school, I supported our theatre productions with lighting, projections, and visual materials. The main concepts were developed by our teachers, and my role was to help translate those ideas into visuals that enhanced the storytelling on stage.
For our performance of Hamlet, I was responsible for operating and programming the lighting, managing the projections, and producing the video trailer and photography used for promotion. Working closely with classmates and teachers, we explored how visuals and timing could strengthen the atmosphere of each scene.
Result
The productions offered valuable hands-on experience in both technical setup and creative collaboration. I created video ads, photography, and short-form clips in multiple formats (16:9 and 9:16) to support social media promotion.
For our final play in our theater classes, I designed the poster, printed programme, and Instagram ads. The theme: addiction was challenging to visualize, but the result struck a balance between clarity and sensitivity.
These projects gave me early experience in stage lighting, media creation, and event coordination, while teaching me how collaborative storytelling can come to life through visual support.
